Nathalie Nicole Smith (Personal Brand Expert)

Have you ever met someone who was “Born to Boss?” I know what you’re thinking ‘That’s excessive. Overstated.Exaggerated.’ It would be … if it wasn’t true. Allow me to introduce you to Nathalie Nicole Smith.
Nathalie was trained for greatness right out of the womb. Her father refused to baby her or let her believe she was weak just because she was a female. In fact, he lovingly called her his “Junior” for months to instill in her that she was just as strong, powerful and intelligent as a man. Nathalie was in country clubs reciting mantras about success by the age of 5. She did more to prepare for global takeover before Kindergarten than most people do in their entire lives!
Nathalie soon learned to strive for greatness on her own. As she went through grade school and moved on to college, she began to foster her own ambitions and dreams. A native of Silver Spring, Maryland, Nathalie traveled to nearby Washington, DC, to attend the prestigious Howard University. Natalie double-majored in Communications and Business and in 2010, she successfully graduated with her Bachelor’s.
Entrepreneurship has always been Nathalie’s core desire. of course she did a few other jobs to make ends meet. She was a makeup artist for MAC, and she also worked in bottle service, which she leveraged to make some strong business partnerships in the DC area. But she was never satisfied with working for someone else. She also has a passion for youth and mentoring. Nathalie spent the last 12 years mentoring and tutoring local DC youth, while freelancing across the country offering wellness, beauty and business consulting: All for the betterment and love of her community.
Nathalie is now a driving force in the beauty and wellness industry. After graduating, she became a well-known philanthropist in the urban communities. She also embarked upon several entrepreneurial endeavors. In 2011, Nathalie founded Plush Beauty, an online eco-beauty company.  As the founder of Plush, she has weathered the ups and downs of being a business owner. She also undertook the task of branding Plush into several offshoots, including Plush Rx and Plush Enterprises. Nathalie’s notoriety and accolades contributed to her being selected by 93.9 WKYS as a “Top 30 Under 30” honoree in 2013.
In 2015, Nathalie decided to partner with Total Life Changes and their amazing health and wellness products.Beauty is more than what you see on the outside, so Nathalie joined the campaign to help 1000 families become healthy and wealthy. She quickly climbed the TLC ranks to National Director and earned six figures in less than one year! Along the way she discovered her true passion and purpose. She is training women across the globe to build their personal brands by finding the confidence within themselves to be independent and free in multiple areas of their life. Out of that passion comes Women Who Boss. Nathalie desires for other young women like herself to receive the tools, network and mentor-ship she desired when she beganchasing her dreams. She wants them to understand that they can fight. They can grind. They can Boss Up, earn multiple six figures and have the life they always dreamed of. “I’ve always wanted to help other women feel free … I want them to know that life is about living on purpose.”

Jeanisia Allen (Entrepreneur and Philanthropist)

Jeanisia Allen, founder and one of the co-owners of the Franchise company, theTax Experts is a dynamic business owner and entrepreneur for over 15 years. Her talents and business platforms have opened up the door for many families to make six figures in just 4 months while also offering job opportunities in inner cities. This was not an overnight success and took many years of hard work and dedication.
Growing up in at-risk environments created a desire in Jeanisia to be successful and create generational wealth. Being an entrepreneur started for Jeanisia at age 12 when she started her own lawn care business as well as housekeeping and babysitting. At the age 17, she started doing taxes for herself and family members with the training that she learned in her accounting class in the 11th grade. Many people are able to look at her success but not many are able to see her journey through life and what it took to obtain success. Jeanisia was not aware that these were stepping stones to her success and keys to generational wealth that had planted in her early on in life. In her early 20’s she started to be a professional entrepreneur by owning her own mortgage company, cell phone stores and tax franchises. Presently The Tax Experts brand has obtained a nationwide presence with 32 locations and she now owns 3 daycare franchises. While Jeanisia’s success and brand continues to grow she believes in giving back through her non-profit organization The LOVE Foundation where she promotes education, self-esteem and life skills with at risk youth.
